Can someone help me find out the manufacturer,
so I can find some info on this board.

Before downloading/installing any new Bios (if you want/need to do) make sure you have the right Revision !!
There are two M6VBE revisions with incompatible Bios !
M6VBE with VIA VT82C692 chipset - Bios from Biostar
M6VBE with VIA VT82C693 chipset - Bios from Fujitsu-Siemens or use our up to 128GB patched Bios
To find out which Revision you own have a look onto the mainboard - the big VIA-chip is either the one or the other
