40GB: 04/19/1999-I440ZX-W977TF-2A69KSHCC-00

Hai All
My Motherbord is not detecting 40 GB Harddisk.So i thought of updating my Bios.But i am not getting the proper update.
Manufature is SH ie Shihihg Yuan Enterprises.
There is no update file.
I have checked Lucky Tech Site also but in vain. Please help me in getting the update.

Chipset- INTEL BX/ZX Rev 3
