Chaintech using Matsonic's ID ?
Very annoying, I just downloaded all the Matsonic VIA BIOSes and checked their IDs.

AFAIK, C0 is not Matsonic ID. Chaintech uses C0, C1, C2, C3 (and maybe C4). I've explained their BIOS IDs somewhere some time ago.

Thanks Guys I appreciate it
Someone would should tell Wim to update the Award BIOS IDs on the main site, as that's where I got the ID from. Matsonic obviously OEMed some Chaintech; looking through the IDs I have from this morning, they include C0, C3, E1, PA and H0.Rainbow wrote:AFAIK, C0 is not Matsonic ID. [Edit] I've PM'ed admin, I see Rainbow has already looked through my IDs and identified many boards as OEMed versions. In a moment Edwin will be along to point out a page on his website which lists all of them....

Not likely. I think I've seen a C5 from Chaintech too.
Chaintech is next on my modbin list, but I need to be in the right mood when I'm going to start on the 250 files or so...

C0 through C8 have been spotted on Chaintech mobo's as are T3 and L3. They are scr*wing things up completely now...
