Bootblock mismatch warning when Updating BIOS

I tried to write a new BIOS on my FLASH ROM Chip and received message:
Warning: Bootblock mismatch. Proceed (Y, N).
What does it mean?
May I proceed without crashing my BIOS?
My motherboard - Lucky Star, Chipset - i430TX.

If you're sure that you have correct BIOS for your board, go into "Advanced menu" and use "Flash BIOS image INCLUDING bootblock".
