Please help me! I don't know manufacturer of my motherboard. Please tell me what is this motherboard! And I need latest BIOS EPROM.

1. Northbridge Chip: VIA Apollo KT133 (VIA VT8363)
2. Southbridge Chip: VIA VT82C686B Socket A Motherboard?
3. 1 AGP, 5 PCI, 1CNR slots
4. CPU: Socket A = Socket 462 (AMD)
5. Onboard Sound: SigmaTel STAC9700T
