The AZZA site seems to be down right now, but over here:
http://web.archive.org/web/200106091607 ... upport.htm

...there seems to be 3 versions of the motherboard BIOS:
a) Jumper-free, 1Mbit BIOS
b) Jumpered, 1Mbit BIOS
c) Jumpered, 2Mbit BIOS

...which is yours?

I did manage to download them.

Better download from this site:
http://www.studiobit.pl/ftp/BIOS/

Your board is the first AZZA board in the list.
The BIOS you need is the 6IBP-6IZ.ZIP

02/04/1999-i440BX-W977TF-2A69KP8AC-00
02/04 6BT FOR 440BX JUMPER (YEAR 2000 READY)

But, it doesn't support large HDDs. So, I've patched it for you here:
http://wims.rainbow-software.org/ajz/

If you do try it, please post your results.

Note: I only patched it upto 64GB support, because your HDD is smaller, and because it's a safer patch.

Try running the diagnostic utility of your HDD manufacturer. It'll tell you if the HDD is ok or not. Our patch utility is failproof when patching upto 64GB, so I wouldn't consider the BIOS as the problem.
