need help finiding upgrade to phoenix bios 4.0 release 5.10.7. I have been doing searches and have come up empty handed. :idea:

That's useless info you've given us. You have to tell us what motherboard you have. We need more details.

If you have a Notebook post all type numbers you see
If you have a computer motherboard post all details you know especially where this motherboard came from - Compaq HP or other PC
