Hello,

My fresh new Maxtor Diamondmax 6 80GB doesn't work with my MS 6117 motherboard. I've tried many BIOSes, and a patched BIOS from http://www.http://wims.rainbow-software.org/, but it only supports 64GB? Right?

It is possible to make it to support 128GB/80GB drives? Or is there somewhere already patched version of it?

Thanks for your time!

I've repatched it for support upto 128GB.

Try it out: http://wims.rainbow-software.org/ajz/

Sorry, I didn't know about the untested bios. My large hdds work now using the patched bios.

Thank you so much!

Don't worry, there is no reason you should know. Thanks for the feedback. Can you tell us what HDDs you have tested with ?
