Jetway 867AS Will Not Flash

Hi All
I have tried manualy updating the bios by creating a boot disk and using the Awdflash utility and latest bios from Jetway to no avail. My mobo driver cd has a magic bios utility but this will not run in xp or dos.

Help would be appreciated as the mobo will not recognise an xp2000

What's the problem exactly ?!?

Error messages during Boot-Up or from the Award flashprog ?

Prob was when i run then flash prog can't remember message though .
