I'm a little confused on what to do next.
1st - Should I use Award Flash Utility 8.22 or Uniflash 1.33?
2nd - Do I put the utility and the .bin file on the same floppy as the DOS Boot?
Any help is appreciated. I just don't want to jack up my computer, thanks!

Does not recognize at all or only 32GB ?
With 32Gb only remove the 32Gb Limitation jumper from your HDD
If not recognized check the special Master/Slave jumpersettings WD uses especially if this 120GB has no slave (remove Master/Slave jumper)

Here's the latest:
I set both my HD's with the jumper on CS and used WD's Data Lifeguard to format the new 1200jb. After freezing-up a couple of times, it finally loaded up and is now recognized IN WINDOWS. I copied all of my files over from my old HD and then removed it. My computer seems to be working fine (maybe even faster, but it's hard to tell). Device Manager doesn't show any problems and Properties on the new HD show 111GB's capacity.
The problem (I think it's a problem) is that CMOS STILL DOESN"T RECOGNIZE MY NEW HARD DRIVE AT ALL. Every time I try to auto-detect it, everything freezes up and I have to re-boot. I'm still not sure if my flash update ever worked or if I really just did an overlay which I was not intending to do? I don't know if anyone can or needs to help me at this point??????????

Are you really sure the biosflash was finished successfully ?
Sounds like the 32GB BUG is still present in your Bios
With the WD-Software used to format/install your drive the Overlay is to 99% installed

If I did do a drive overlay is that bad? Do I lose speed or just that 1% of memory space that you talked about? Can or should I go back and try the Flash update again? If so. does that mean I have to start all over on the new hard drive?
