I HAVE ATTACHED THE COMPLETE STINGS AND WILL LIKE SOMEONE TO HELP ME ID THE MOBO ASAP THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

51-0615-001107-00111111-071595-82430VX-H. IS THIS MOBO UPGRADABLE. I MEAN, IS THIS THE TYPE THAT CAN TAKE AMD K6-2 PROCESSOR. PRESENTLY IT HAS INTEL 120MHZ, CAN I UPGRADE IT TO A 200Mhz?

Your help will very much be appreciated.

Being a 430VX board, I doubt it'll accept a K6-2.

core voltage can be set for 2.9, 3.3 and 3.45 but not the 2.4 or 2.2 needed for the K6-2. Pentium 200 classic (P54C single volatge) is possible. Good luck in finding one, they're scarce...

What the brochure says is not always true; do you have jumpers to select P54/P55, 2.9V and 2.5V ?
I think almost all K6-2s were 2.2V; the other issue may be that the voltage regulators on the motherboard may not supply sufficient current for a faster CPU. You *could* try a 2.4V K6-3 but I would not spend money on it.
