OEM Sign-on: TBA0531B
Chipset: Intel 440BX/ZX rev 3

Can someone point me to the bios bin file that I need to upgrade the motherboard bios ? Current bios will hang if I plug in 80GB hard drive.

Biostar M6TBA; there are different board revisions, please check for "Rev 1.1" or "V 1.1" or similar printed on the top surface of the board somewhere.
[update]tba0531s (found at driverfiles) is a 256K BIOS which has the 32GB bug fixed but not the 64GB bug.

Biostar's website (www.biostar.com.tw) has a 256K BIOS TBA1124B http://www.biostar.com.tw/products/main ... a1124b.exe with support for large HDD, for PCB rev 1.3 and later, so that is probably the one for this board.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

Thanks NickS. TBA1124B works for me. By the way, for the record, my motherboard rev is 1.4.
