Zida Tomato T810B-S, see

An AMI BIOS of that date should support HDD to 128GB. Have you checked that the 32GB limit jumper is removed from the HDD ?

If it hangs during POST, enter HDD parameters manually.

If it is hanging, it probably does not have the 32GB limit jumper installed. Information about jumpers should be available from the HDD manufacturer's website.
Have you tried:
1. setting HDD type and translation mode to AUTO/AUTO, or AUTO/LBA
2. entering Cylinders/heads/sectors manually ?

before attaching the drive ?

1. Have you tried AUTO/LBA ?
2. Have you tried Rainbow's advice and entered User parameters with translation type LBA ?
3. Have you checked the manufacturer's information for placing a 32GiB limit jumper and tried that ?
