128GB+: Epox EP8kha+

hy, i need a patch for my samsung spinpoint 1614N (160GB), cause there is no bios update from epox.
Hardware: EPOX EP8KHA+, Rev. 2.0
Bios: Date 16.09.2003

I need a patch bios version for more than 128GB!!!

Please help me.

I am afraid that we can only patch the known 32GB and 64GB bugs. The 128GB limit is not a bug, it's a feature. :cry: Your cheapest solution is probably to buy a Maxtor or Promise controller card WITH ON-BOARD BIOS.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

This Bios shouold be recent enough to support more than 128GB .

Does your Bios detect the full capacity and it's Windows who does not see all ~150GB ?

I know apple_rom has some plans against this feature. Let's wait and see what happens.
