BIOS upgrades

I have been searching for an update for my bios, I know there is one out there. All information I have is TRM S-381-Mv1.05 award modular 6.00PG
with the bios string as follows 12/29/1999-i810-W83627HF-6A69MTG9C-00
I have searched over and over, yet it always tells me wrong bios error writing. I would love some help help finding this. I thank you kindly for your assitance.
