Are you talking about saving the CMOS settings or a utility to backup/restore the bin or ROM file itself?

If you only want to save the 128 bytes:

has loads of them.
If you want to save the Extended CMOS as well, do a Google search for "Extended CMOS" save program

There is Clear/Save/Restore. Should work with CMOS size of up to 256B. but it's not tested extensively.
