Can anyone tell me what brand/type of motherboard this is.

This is what it says on boot:

02/27/2001-694X-686B-IA6LJC4CC-00

Once I know the brand/type I can go and look for a manual.[/b]

It's Chaintech board, the model number should be something with "IA" inside...

CT-6AIA4 or CT-6AJA4 or CT-6VIA4
Bios-Id suggests more CT-6AIA4 than the other two ones

Check your Bios Flashrom chip - there should be a small sticker around it with the model number printed onto it

How many ISA, PCI, DIMM slots - this would help narrow it down.

CT-6VIA4 and I should have looked in list first time around. Since yours has a different chipset from the retail version it is an OEM version, could be in a Carrefour system perhaps.
