BIOS Award PC1/PNP586. S?N 180309008 - 1998
This an AT - AMD K6/2 400mhz with Via VT82c501 chipset and the only information I can find on the board is:-
5MUP4 ver.1.0, chipset Via VT82c 686A 12D010000. TMTE - CH - T35L6464A-5Q. TAI3236 9931. C - T18. VT82C501. VT82C686

No idea who Motherboard manufacturer is.

I am attempting to install this in an old AT case - for fun!!! - but have no idea how to do this and if I could get hold of a motherboard manual and mobo spec I think this would help. I badly need to know how and where to plug in serial, graphics etc. connectors.
This is nothing like modern computer builds - I have done three or four of these - and if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Did you mean 5MVP4 V1.0? Is this it?

Thanks for help - it was 5MVP4 and the site mentioned was OK. Knowing the number allowed me to identify it was a Lucky Star board and motherboard.org had a manual download. Problem solved.
