Looks like FIC VB-601

Check whether you have version 1.3 or 1.4 of the PCB. If you have version 1.3 it looks like you need a patched BIOS. If you have version 1.4 you may or not depending on the I/O chip.

The latest Bios - should not require a patched Bios for large HDD

Revision number matches - look at the Bios version description MI412 and MI4118 - other Revisions have ME or MC instead of MI

So just use the bios that you linked above in your post Denniss? I noticed by the 5th PCI slot that I do have MI412(5) (put that in because the 5 isabout 1/2 the size of other chars). Oh, and it is a VB-601 board.
