Would a BIOS upgrade allow this MB to run a PII-233. 8)

That's Socket 7 board (looks like QDI Titanium IB+) for Pentium and Pentium MMX CPUs (maybe also K6 or K6-2 will work). Pentium II is totally different CPU (Slot 1) - it will simply not fit the board.

You mean regular Socket 7 Pentium-MMX 233?
If it's QDI Titanium IB+, that CPU should work without any problems, the latest BIOS supports even K6-2 CPUs and HDDs upto 32GB (which can be easily patched to go upto 64GB).

I had that BIOS V. I had to install the 233 b-4 SpeedEasy would allow the 233 option. Before 233 install, it would only go to 200.
