How do I update the bios for a Shuttle FN85 motherboard?

A word of caution - there are 3 versions using this motherboard, so choose the one to match your system. There are instructions for using Winflash or DOS to upgrade the BIOS on their site.

Ok, I've downloaded the correct file from that site, but how do I install that file now? I don't know what to do with a ".bin" filename.
