Good day everybody,

I have a little problem with my daughter's computer.
The BIOS does not recognize my 80 GB hard disk

The BIOS CODE
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS
BIOS ID: 08/10/2000-MVP4-686A-2A5LHV3AC-00
BIOS Eval: BIOS-2M (2K000810) 8/10/2000

It is an PcPartner board MVP4BS7-947

I'm looking for a good version of this bios.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Does not recognize at all or hang during detection or show weird numbers ?

It's older than yours.
