Hy everybody,

could you give me some information about my motherboard?

My bios is amibios A6309MS v3.5 released 041101.
Processor PIII 1GHz.

My question also is: can I install a new hard disk (80 GB) and my bios will detect it?

You have a MSI MS-6309 mainboard, according to your Bios revision 3.5 this should be motherboard revision (or PCB) 2.x.
Latest available Bios for MS-6309 Rev 2.x is Bios 3.8 even supporting HDD bigger than 128GB.
