In this BIOS, the manufacturer/OEM replaced EPA logo by a custom logo whis is a M and D, both are green. This mobo is a socket370/slot 1 combo.

Appears to be a PcPartner/VTech board, check the layout images to match yours in the Apollo Pro133A (694X) section here:

http://www.pcpartner.com/support/bios/VIA694.HTM#vt694x

Check your board for a number in a 35-xxxx-xx format, usually located along the edge of the PCB in the bottom left corner near the last ISA slot (in very fine print). If the number is present it should match one of the boards in this link.

The logo is probably ManLi http://www.manli.com/ - it's known that they resell PCPartner boards.
