Flashed as suggested with isa223.bin. Pc boots up. When I had a look in M/B user's manual it mentiones P6ISM. Could I get a better Bios compared to P6ISA-II which I used? Also when I tried a replacement PIII 1GHz CPU system does not boot up. Do I have to clear some settings? All CMOS settings from old bios were loaded with new one. Maybe the system was looking for 733 MHz PIII CPU?

Try clearing the CMOS.
More than 100,000 BIOS strings in my database just now!

Bought a replacement 1GHz CPU and every thing is fine now. Thank you all for your suggestions!
