i've downloaded the bios update but don't know how to insatll/update it, i don't have a floppy drive canu help with some instructions? i have xp install

get a bootdisk image from http://www.bootdisk.com called drflash. execute the file and follow instructions.
Unpack the bios update if needed and follow the readme instructions as well. There's a stiicky post with general guidelines.

the mainboard has an ameriacal megatrends bios and is labelled as a palmdale, it for a kloss i915a, which after running sweet for a year is giving me all kind of problems, keeps crashing the onboard network port is not working.
when i run flash.cmd from a normal 98 bootdisk i get "bad command" message when I run it fron safe mode command prompt it says "access denied" unable to access driver.
