firstly may i say a big hello to everyone one this forum
i have recently purchased a pci post test card so i can test a mountain of mobos i have lying around prior to flogging for some xmas cash..i have worked out so far that i go to which ever bios manufacturers to obtain their code reports what will tell me the problem....i also know that if i get a code of either FF, 88 or 00 then the mobo is ok, but i do not really understand what i need to do if i get a different code other that FF, 88 or 00..........for example, i have a mobo plugged into a psu with no cpu or ram fitted, i start up the mobo into post, get a reading of FF but then it changes to DF, i dont know what to do, is the mobo us ???, i have lots more to say but i thought i would keep my first post short...i really hope i can get help, so i can get rid of these mobos what are taking over the house and get back in the wifes good books
pci post test cards.....help needed for a newbie

The card should have come with a manual and meaning of the post codes.
