It is Global Circuit Technology/Supertek of Korea and I think they have stopped operations...
But the board was also OEMd by DataExpert:

the MGX7510 has the 5510 chipset, the MGX7520 the 5520 chipset, check your board to see which one it is.

Can be the GCT MGX 5510. The board with 5520 chipset is called GCT MGXi 5520.
