p4sdx become dead

hi users'
i have asus mainboard p4sdx. I install processor, ram, and vga
then i turn on it. It show display then i short pins of "restart" for
restart system it dos't show any display. I power off it and then start it.
It dos not show display it also dos not give any beep too.

Now what i do?
is it's bios dead? I also test processor ram and vga on other board these work fine on it.

What pins did you "short"?

i short "reset" pins .

OK.

To me, it sounded like you shorted the pins of some component...instead of pushing the "reset" switch.

You'll have to go through one component at a time to see what is going on here I'm afraid.
