I suddenly noticed these caps which seems a bit bulged and some of them got some weird brownish stuff on top:
Does this could be the reason ? is there no hope for it (without replacing caps) ?
Does these caps mean that my mobo is dead ?
I have wasting hours on trying to power up this mobo, it doesn't beep at all no matter what I do, I see the CPU fan working and also the VGA card fan working. Tried to power it up only with the CPU still nothing...

Looks like time for some new caps.
