Hello,

Looking for a little guidance, coaching etc... I'm trying to add AMD BE 2x00 (x2) support to the bios of the HP MediaSmart Server

FYI: I've already figured the out VGA header for the HP Mediasmart Server ( here )

Now I'm working on the CPU support. Some people in the WHS forums have tried the BE 2x00 series CPUs unsuccessfully. I'm trying add support for this series of CPUs to the bios...

This is CBROM's output:

What's bugging me is that there isn't any CPU microcode file like in the tutorials/guides...

but there is a AGESACPU.ROM file... is that the complete micro-code? I've found a donor AGESACPU file from a recent abit bios... is that all I need? (ie: replace hp's agesacpu with abit's?)

I'll need to solder an IC socket & order a bios savior of course before I test...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Bios file can be provided upon request...
