I going to flash my Bios (Board M715 v1.2), i get (*.exe, *.rom) files, I read many guides obout how to flash bios AMI which said "don`t flash in windows, do it in msdos".
I want know, ¿WHY?

If i going to use an specific .rom file (990401s.rom), i need a specific flasher?, or any flaser will go ok?
