Right - I have this bios information:

and I have downloaded sis315 integrated graphics card necessary updates. Still haven't been able to use resolution 1440x900 so I am asking for help.... please?? Because I understand that bios flash is my only hope. Well - small thing - I have not a slightest idea how to backup my bios ....

Syntax motherboard, maybe a relabled ECS L4S5MG3.

please make a backup of your bios (with uniflash) and upload it somewhere i can get it. check www.bootdisk.com for a bootable floppy image or a USB flash image.
