Hi,
I am going to change my processor.
I have a mobo of which i do not have idea if it supports HT processors or not.
the company website is always closed. so i need some help from techies.
the board is KOB VIA P4 M 266 A NDMx
thru PC wizard software it tells that the motherboard supports HT
and also tells that HT is disabled
BUT in the BIOS there is no any section of HT seen
will it appear after fitting the CPU ??
or it must present in disable format in BIOS.
will BIOS upgradation will activate the HT option.??
where to get various version of the bios as the company website is closed for quite some time
In case if the MObo do not support HT will it take HT cpu and still work ?
does my MOBO supports HT
