http://es.aliexpress.com/product-fm/512 ... alers.html thats my motherboard i dont know what kind of mother board is but my brother used it to update the bios i dont know why...and now the pc keeps restarting any solution?

That sounds like windows has a problem, not like the bios is dead.
What exactly has your brother done? Where did the bios come from?
