HP Compaq
it says board no: 010935-001 rev a
sp# 228494-001
dg# 010934-000

im having problems with jumper settings


HP site didn't help....

That is from a Proliant DL380 G2. As far as a manual, you need the entire DL380 power supply/cage to make this work.
