Hello,

I have DELL Optiplex GX520 with A11 BIOS and I've upgraded my CPU to Pentium D 805.
When booting, BIOS shows "Incompatible Processor" error message. However, when I press F1, everything works fine.

Is there a way to mod DELL BIOS in order to remove this message?

Here is BIOS link: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/ ... id=R142230#

Only seems to be supported on an A02 or higher revision motherboard. If you have A00 or A01, sorry, nothing can be done about this. This is a highly customized Dell bios.

If Dell decided not to implement the new features of the new revision on board levels A00/A01 the chip may support it, the board may not.
