I am using a PIII-450MHz CPU with Win98se and 128 Ram..I want to update my Bios so i obtained the following information. Please Help..i can't search the manufacturer's website.

My guess it's a Zida CreateBX board of some type.
Open the case, and look for model # written on the board. Visit the Zida website, download all manuals, and check if one matches your board.

Flash your BIOS at your own risk.
Look at the top of the screen during POST - Zida board model should be displayed there.
