Need Help with finding the proper Bios for my Desktop PC

I have a really confusing mess on my hands long story short I have a Gigabyte motherboard that was manufactured by PNY that has a GeForce chipset and an AMI Bios current Bios is AMI O80015. its a GigaByte Nforce 630i Geforce 7150 Motherboard. Manufacturer PNY technologies model MBM630i7150 any help that can be given would be helpful

Normally you still need to go to PNY for any updates. However, I am puzzled how you can claim this board is made by Gigabyte. Anything that points in that direction? Markings, bios identifier?
