Problem with graphic card

Hi, for the last 5 days, i'm facing some problems with my graphic card, it's sound has been troubling lately, & it's graphics & picture quality is not very good, so i'm thinking to switch to a new one, can anyone give me ideas?

Not necessarely your card that is giving problems, can be the power supply too.
If gaming online, when was the last time you checked your internet connection speed.
