greetings! gurus!! :D

can u pls.. help me update my bios...here are the specs...

BIOS Date: 05/22/98
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 05/22/1998-i440LX-ALI513-2A69JJ1BC
BIOS Eval: V.7XA A02 05-22-1998
Chipset: Intel 440EX/LX rev 3
Super io: ALi M5133 rev 0 found at port 3F0h

i think my CPU can't detect AGP Video Cards, when i try to put an AGP Video Card...on my CPU & turn on my pc...2 beep sound were heared..@ i think that is a Video Card Prob....i tried to cleaned edges of the video card & tried to put on other CPU & it works......i tried to put back on the previous CPU...2 beeps were heared again.... i think...it's a BIOS Issue...i need an update or patch to solve this problem or maybe it's only in the CMOS Setup..pls help...thanx in advance!!! :D

my PC is pentium II 300 MHz,
my graphic card that i'm currently using is S3 ViRGE/DX (375) (PCI)
& this is the video card that i'm planning to transfer in my PC. S3 Trio3D (365/366) (AGP)...THANX!! :)
