Suspend to RAM: Computer wakes up automatically after 5 min

hi everybody,
i use xp with on gigabyte bx2000 v1.1 board and both str and std work fine. only prob is that the standby/suspend to ram-mode always ends after EXACT 5 minutes. computer wakes up after 5 mins.
std/suspend to disk works perfect but as suspend to ram is much faster, i would prefer to use str.
the computer is a standard configuration with pIII/500, standard sound card and a sitecom w-lan card. i've already taken off the w-lan antenna to be sure that there is no wakeup on lan.
there is no modem or isdn line connected to the computer.
any ideas?

try update bios&driver for mainboard ,check power supply adaptor Regards from Poland

Enter your BIOS, and disable all monitoring features in your Power Saving menu.
