Wake up from hibernation or standby via Internet using ACPI

I want to power up my Windows XP Computer from hibernation or standby via the internet thru my LAN. My computer claims to be ACPI compliant but I could find no information on how to set it up. The Power Manager setup screen has no settings for this. Neither does the BIOS seup screen. Do I need a special BIOS or Windows XP Professional? Can someone help or know where I might look for help?

What's your mobo? Checked the manual/BIOS for WOL support?

I didn't understand your questions, ie What's your mobo? Checked the manual/BIOS for WOL support? Please clarify as I am new to this area and unfamiliar with mobo and WOL. Thanks
