I just tried the vid card in this PC and it boots fine.

No POST, no beeps.
I have a PC that I'm using as storage and a while ago it stopped booting. When I turn it on, everything sounds like it's booting (HDD/CD rom spins, lights are all on, ect) but it just sits at a black screen. There are no beeps or anything so I can't tell what's wrong. Is there a way to diagnose this...

I'm trying to upgrade the ram I have in my pc from 2gb's to 4 gb's but when I try to add the new ram, the pc doesn't boot. It sits at the bios screen before even loading the CPU info..
