Hi :) I say you NO. I try the same method with my Toshiba P10 Bios. Only one module is not supported when the tool open the bios image. When the editor rebuild the bios, no error appears. In the "latest" CBROM 1.82 i can see :
/NVMM : Add nVIDIA memory module
But which command for extract ?
i try /NVMM Extract but i have a blank response. (No error return)
No files was created after this command
Any idea ?

K8NXP-9 Modded Bios
