I'm not sure if this is my sound card but it seems like it is. There is also a "Wave Device for Voice Modem". Take a screwdriver, open your computer, get the soundcard out and look at it. Identify it by the FCC-ID on the board, or by the chipset. Then get your drivers from the manufacturers website...
