Thanks to the help from "Borg Number One" I was able to pull out the VMWare Phoenix Bios and get it loaded into the BEDemo application. Can anyone shed a bit more light on how to do this modification. The first link is not in english, and the "borg number one" screenshots (though really nice) don't fully explain how to get it to work. Can anyone outline the steps needed to modify vmware so I can play around with it's bios (and thus gain experience modifying the phoenix bios)?

The example by "borg number one" is great, but it doesn't state where the files were located, or how to get them to load into BEDemo.
