Iv got a tp 770z and its fairly similar to the 600e, powerstrip tells me that agp 1x is enabled (2x is supported by the Gpu but not the motherboard) also it says that sba is enabled. Memory upgrade for the tp 770z

Hey I was wondering if it is possible to put a 256mb stick of pc100 ram into a tp770? has anyone tried doing it?

Hey i know this is realy stupid, but i cant take apart my tp 770z! iv unscrewed all the screws, but the casing still doesnt want to come apart.. iv cracked the battery indicator in my attempts :? . So can anyone tell me what you do after unscrewing everything?

Just wondering but what have peoples succes been with installing the 850mhz pentium 3? Can you get it to work at top speed with just software, no hardmodding?
Also how would you overclock the cpu from 850mhz to 1000mhz? are there some jumpers,or bios settings?

The link for the powerleap utility seems dead... so can anyone give me a link if they know one or email it to williham880@hotmail.com. Iv scoured google for the utility but cant find it.

Im just using the drivers that win 2000 installed, im guessing that this is not the best choice so il hav a look on google for some better ones

Do amy of you know if there is any way at all to speed up the onboard trident cyber9397 on the tp 770z because it realy is pathetic, especialy because i have the 4mb version :roll:

Hey im just wondering, you guys are all upgrading your laptops from pentium 2 366 up to way higher speed pentium 3s. What are you doing for cooling? cus i would have thought that a pentium 3 850mhz would not last long on a pentium 2 366mhz cooler, and you cant usualy shove a bigger hsf into a laptop...
