You may be able to use MODBIN to set the 133/266 option as default, and then flash the BIOS with the modified setting.

I'd say your best bet is drive overlay software. It's probably neither flashable nor patchable.

Ok, start by checking your manual to see how to configure the board to run with just ONE stick of memory. Then run a diagnostic like GoldMem on each stick separately. I'd start by taking the RAM out of dual-channel mode, and running diagnostics on each stick singly.

Then I'd take a close look at the quality of your power supply.
