That must be the original FIC PT-2000 BIOS.

It looks like the PT-2000/PT-2003 bios. Could we give you a more recent one? I am not sure if we can find it this old. Do you now what board revision you have?

On the top left of the Start screen (with memory test + HDD detection) below the Award Bios logo, what message is shown there?
A PT-2000 should have a combination of numbers with C or KC, PT-2003 with either E, I, DE or DI.
