That must be the original FIC PT-2000 BIOS.
Can someone please upload it?

It looks like the PT-2000/PT-2003 bios. Could we give you a more recent one? I am not sure if we can find it this old. Do you now what board revision you have?

On the top left of the Start screen (with memory test + HDD detection) below the Award Bios logo, what message is shown there?

A PT-2000 should have a combination of numbers with C or KC, PT-2003 with either E, I, DE or DI.
-> E/I could be either revision specific or for different types of Flashroms

No original Bios without proper Board identification. The only way to get this is via the additional info shown on the given place.

I mean, a BIOS image with the following ID string:
04/11/95-TRITON-2A59CF0H-00

Two Bios version with this string, one of them may work, the other not.
That's why we need the info shown in the top left of the screen (where the Bios string is shown at the bottom).
